Returns Eligibility
We want you to be delighted with your Davani Home purchase. If for any reason your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to make it right.

Please note:
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within at info@davanihome.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of your concern
Our concierge team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, or upon confirmation that a replacement or alternative resolution is available, as our pieces are not mass produced.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the exclusive and often made-to-order nature of our pieces. If a replacement is required due to damage or error, we will coordinate this with you on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping for Returns
Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Davani Home will cover the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Davani Home is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not covered by tracking or insurance.
