What is Davani Home’s Return Process?

At Davani Home, we value craftsmanship and quality, and we want you to feel confident in every piece you bring into your space. If a return is necessary, here’s how the process works:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns that are not due to defects will incur a 25% restocking fee, applied upon receipt.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping labels are not provided for standard returns.
• Any returns sent without prior authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

We stand by the craftsmanship of our designs. Davani Home offers a one-year limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, and color are part of the beauty of natural materials and should not be considered defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, our team will review your claim and find the best resolution.

For integrated LED lighting (pendants, chandeliers, wall sconces), we provide a three-year warranty covering functional failure of the fixture.
